Arrive Rome
After clearing customs, meet your Tour Manager who will assist with your transfer to the Amalfi Coast. A Welcome Dinner is included this evening.

Day 3 - Thursday, 3/20/2025 - Breakfast - Dinner
Sorrento
Start with a Sorrento Walking Tour. Sorrento is known for sweeping water views and Piazza Tasso, a cafe-lined square filled with artisan shops. The historic center houses Chiesa di San Francesco, a 14th-c. church and birthplace of Limoncello liqueur. See a Limoncello Demonstration followed by a tasting; it goes down easily, Salute! Next visit a Cheese Factory for an opportunity to taste freshly made mozzarella cheese. Free time to explore, shop, and enjoy lunch on your own. Return to the hotel for leisure time and an included dinner.

Day 4 - Friday, 3/21/2025 - Breakfast - Dinner
Amalfi / Maiori
Embark for a full day excursion to the Amalfi Coast. See breathtaking scenery, glamorous resorts, citrus trees, vineyards, and tiny villages clinging to jagged cliffs that plunge straight into the sea. Continue to Amalfi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Amalfi is unforgettable, with its tightly packed villas and palaces seeming to tumble down the cliff side into the fishing port and beach below. You’ll also visit picturesque Maiori, a popular resort town with the largest stretch of beach on the Amalfi coastline.

Day 5 - Saturday, 3/22/2025 - Breakfast
Free Day or Optional Capri
Enjoy a day at leisure or join the full day optional excursion to the Isle of Capri. If you choose the optional, board a jetfoil boat for your journey across the bay to the Isle of Capri. Upon arrival transfer to Ana Capri with free time to explore on your own or visit Villa San Michele, the home of Swedish doctor and writer Axel Munthe. Lunch is on your own. Later, return to Capri with free time to explore and have lunch on your own. Return to the hotel later today.

Day 6 - Sunday, 3/23/2025 - Breakfast
Free Day or Optional Naples
Enjoy a full day on your own today or join the optional guided tour to Naples. In Naples, enjoy a City Tour, seeing the Cathedral with its treasure chapel and basilica, dating back to the 4th c. Also, drive to Plebiscite Square to see the Royal Palace, the beautiful church of St. Francesco di Paula,  Town Hall Square, and the New Castle built by the French Family of Anjou. Enjoy an included lunch. The afternoon is free to shop and explore Naples on your own before returning back to the hotel.

Day 7 - Monday, 3/24/2025 - Breakfast
Pompeii / To Rome
After breakfast, depart for Pompeii. Enjoy a fascinating guided visit to this city, perfectly preserved as it was on that fateful day 2,000 years ago, when Mt. Vesuvius erupted covering the city in deadly volcanic ash and lava, literally stopping time it in its tracks. Continue onto the “Eternal City” of Rome, the capital and largest city in Italy. Check in to your hotel for a 2 night stay. Your evening is at leisure in Rome.

Day 8 - Tuesday, 3/25/2025 - Breakfast - Dinner
Rome / Vatican Museum
Enjoy a Rome City Tour. See the Colosseum, Arch of Constantine, Circus Maximus, Piazza Venezia, the Pantheon, and more. Then visit Vatican City and tour the Vatican Museums, ending with the Sistine Chapel painted by Michelangelo from 1508-1512. Also visit St. Peter’s Basilica, by far one of the world’s largest churches. This evening is your Farewell Dinner.

Day 9 - Wednesday, 3/26/2025 - Breakfast
Return Home or Optional Extension in Florence
Return home today or continue on the Florence Optional Extension.
On the extension, visit Assisi for a Walking Tour including both the upper and lower parts of the Basilica of St. Francis. Later, arrive in Florence.

Day 10 - Thursday, 3/27/2025 - Breakfast
Optional Extension in Florence
Enjoy a Florence City Tour including a visit to the Academy Gallery to see the Statue of David by Michelangelo. Also see the Cathedral and Bapistry, the Piazza della Signoria, and stroll across the Ponte Vecchio bridge. Your afternoon is at leisure.

Day 11 - Friday, 3/28/2025 - Breakfast
