AFC is a member-brand of USTOA, NTA & ABA.  AFC was founded in 1982 by Randy Case. Matt Kennel took over as President after Randy’s retirement in 2020.  April Silva is the Chief Operating Officer.  AFC is owned by a group composed of Matt Kennel, Stephen Birkett, Jonathan Coury, Zach Krumholz, Rafa Caldas and a group of investors including Footbridge Partners, who has significant experience in travel.
