Cross the International Dateline and lose a day.

Day 3 - Thursday, 11/9/2023 - Arrive in Fiji
Arrive in Fiji and enjoy a leisurely buffet breakfast served outdoors. Next, a half day tour into Nadi’s heartland. Visit the Garden of the Sleeping Giant, a vast collection of over 2,000 varieties of magnificent orchids. Free time to explore this incredible botanical garden. Next travel to Viseisei Village and Vuda Lookout for a 360 degree bird’s eye view. Enroute to the hotel, stop at the local fruit and vegetable market. Check into your hotel located on the ocean for an overnight.  - Breakfast

Day 4 - Friday, 11/10/2023 - Malamala Beach / M.V. Fiji Princess
Transfer to Port Denarau to drop off your luggage at the M.V. Fiji Princess, your floating hotel and private yacht for the next seven nights. Next, board a high-speed catamaran to the Malamala Beach Club for a leisurely day on this private island including food and beverages, use of non-motorized water sports equipment, towel service, and more. Later, transfer directly to the cruise ship. Set sail on M.V. Fiji Princess for the outer Mamanuca Islands. The first overnight anchorage is picturesque Modriki Island, the location for the Tom Hanks movie Cast Away. Enjoy a glass of sparkling wine and canapés at sunset followed by the Captain’s Welcome Dinner and entertainment by the talented singing and guitar-playing crew.

Day 5 - Saturday, 11/11/2023 - Soso Bay
Swim or wander along the beach at Modriki before or after breakfast. Swim with reef sharks at Mouva Reef enroute to the next destination and after lunch, visit the chiefly village of Soso. Tonight, a traditional Thali dinner of exquisite Indian dishes, followed by an extravaganza of Bollywood dancing. - Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner

Day 6 - Sunday, 11/12/2023 - Naukacuvu Island
Attend a village church service. Then, the Chef demonstrates the traditional Fijian dish Kokoda and you spend the afternoon at the beach. Tonight’s buffet has a range of dishes from Fiji along with a choice of European dishes. This evening’s entertainment is Fijian-style bingo. - Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner

Day 7 - Monday, 11/13/2023 - Yalobi Bay
Admire the stunning Sacred Islands and the breathtaking Waya Lailai volcanic formations. Spend the remainder of the day swimming, snorkeling, and relaxing on the beach and watch the Chef demonstrate how to make the Roti in Lolo dish. Watch the sunset and enjoy tonight’s Captain’s Welcome Dinner.

Day 8 - Tuesday, 11/14/2023 - Blue Lagoon
Our destination today is the famed Blue Lagoon and our own private beach where we can tie M.V. Fiji Princess off to a coconut tree! Jump off the back into the turquoise waters or take a tender boat to shore where our full bar awaits you. Enjoy snorkeling, fish feeding, non-motorized water sports, water aerobics, and volleyball. Dine on the beach all day, including morning and afternoon tea, a buffet lunch and a traditional Lovo meal cooked underground for dinner under the stars, followed by a traditional Meke performance. - Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner

Day 9 - Wednesday, 11/15/2023 - Sawa-I-Lau
Enjoy panoramic views of the Blue Lagoon on the easy 40-minute guided walk to the other side of the island to visit Lo’s Tea House. Lunch is onboard as M.V. Fiji Princess cruises north for a private guided visit to the amazing Sawa-I-Lau Caves. Then, the village of Tamasua welcomes us for a Yaqona (Kava) ceremony, a guided walk around the village, and a village-style dinner.

Day 10 - Thursday, 11/16/2023 - Drawaqa Island
Visit the local island school before cruising to Drawaqa Island. A marine biologist joins us for a presentation on the local marine life and the volunteer conservation work in the area. You’ll have the opportunity to snorkel with magnificent sea life or join a guided reef snorkel. Dinner this evening is a BBQ on the sky deck. After our last dinner together, we party Fiji-style!

Day 11 - Friday, 11/17/2023 - Port Denarau / Fly Home
Enjoy breakfast as M.V. Fiji Princess cruises back to Port Denarau. Back at port you’ll be serenaded with the traditional Isa Lei farewell song as your exploration of the Yasawa Islands comes to an end. Disembark and transfer to your “day room.” Relax, have a swim or explore on your own. Head to the airport to board your flight. Gain a day as you cross the International Dateline and arrive in the USA the same day.
