Day 2 - Wednesday, 10/11/2023 - Arrive Florence
Arrive in Florence, meet your Tour Manager and transfer to your Tuscan Hotel in charming Chianti for a seven night stay. This evening enjoy a Welcome Dinner of Tuscan favorites and locally produced wine with your fellow travelers. - Dinner

Day 3 - Thursday, 10/12/2023 - Truffle Hunt / Florence
After breakfast travel through the hilly landscape to a lovely Tuscan Estate for a Welcome Drink. Next enjoy a Truffle Hunt on a protected area of the property. Then, enjoy delicious tastings of oil and truffle butter bruschetta, salami, pecorino, and wines from the estate. Later, travel to Florence where a local expert guide awaits you for a Walking Tour. Visit the Accadamia Gallery & Museum to see Michelangelo’s magnificent Statue of David, an awesome sight. At the Cathedral see Giotto’s Belltower and Baptistry with its impressive ‘Gates of Paradise’. Also visit the open-air museum of Piazza Della Signoria & Santa Croce, which houses the tombs of Michelangelo and Galileo. Finally, stroll across the famous Ponte Vecchio Bridge. Dinner is included at a local restaurant in Florence. Return to your hotel in Chianti. - Breakfast - Dinner

Day 4 - Friday, 10/13/2023 - Cooking Class / Winery
Today enjoy an Organic Cooking & Pasta Making Class and lunch in Chianti. You will be greeted with a Welcome Drink to enjoy while the chef discusses the class. The staff will assist you with your aprons and chef hats. Let the cooking fun begin! At the end of the class you will eat and enjoy what you have prepared for lunch. Continue on for a Wine Tour & Tasting. Enjoy tastings of Vin Santo (holy wine) and Cantucci (Biscotti). Dinner is included this evening. - Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner

Day 5 - Saturday, 10/14/2023 - Cheese / Wine / Siena
Travel to the incredibly picturesque Val d’Orcia Region. Stop for a delicious typical Pecorino Cheese Tasting. Then, in a traditional farmhouse in Montalcino, you will enjoy a multi-sensory experience of music and wine! Four wines will be matched with music tracks selected by a local Sommelier. After lunch on your own, continue on to beautiful Siena, where a local guide takes you on an Old Town Walking Tour. The highlight is the Piazza del Campo, the seashell-shaped square on which the famous horse-race, the Palio, takes place each year. Later, just outside Siena, visit a local Tuscan farmhouse. Meet the owner and enjoy dinner featuring typical Tuscany dishes paired with their local wines. - Breakfast - Dinner

Day 6 - Sunday, 10/15/2023 - San Gimignano / Volterra
Travel to San Gimignano, the epitome of a Tuscan hill town, where nobles built splendid towers to outdo one another. Enjoy a delicious gelato ice cream in one of the oldest gelateria in Italy. Taste the saffron & pine nuts gelato, a registered trademark. Continue to Volterra, another ancient and beautiful hilltop Italian city. Enjoy free time in Volterra and lunch at a family-run farmhouse that specializes in saffron production. Dinner is included at the hotel this evening. - Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner

Day 7 - Monday, 10/16/2023 - At Leisure / Optional Tour
Today is at your leisure to relax at the hotel, enjoy the spa or explore on your own. An optional tour will be available today. Dinner is included at a local restaurant this evening. - Breakfast - Dinner

Day 8 - Tuesday, 10/17/2023 - Lake Trasimeno
Begin your morning with a hearty breakfast and journey to Lake Trasimeno in the Umbria Region of Tuscany. Free time to explore and walk around the medieval town of Tuoro, considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Next enjoy a boat cruise to the Island Maggiore, where you have lunch at a traditional restaurant located on the lake. Tonight a special Farewell Dinner is planned. - Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner

Day 9 - Wednesday, 10/18/2023 - Fly Home to USA
