Situated in Eastern Bavaria, Regensburg is one of Germany’s oldest towns, founded by the Romans in 179 AD. Today it is a prosperous city with 3 universities and many landmarks from the Middle Ages.  Enjoy a Regensburg walking tour through one of the most visited cities in Germany and its Medieval Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site. - Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner
Day 4 - Friday, 10/15/2021 - Passau
Passau is one of Germany’s oldest cities situated at the confluence of the Inn, Ilz, and Danube Rivers. Passau is a beautiful fairy-tale town with cobblestone streets, the famous baroque Cathedral of St. Stephen, and fortress Veste Oberhaus high on the hill. Day 5 - Saturday, 10/16/2021 - Melk Abbey / Dürnstein
Dock in Emmersdorf, in the heart of the UNESCO-protected Wachau Valley. Discover this small town or the optional to nearby Melk and its magnificent Benedictine abbey. Day 6 - Sunday, 10/17/2021 - Vienna
Enjoy an included Vienna City Tour. For over 600 years, the magnificent baroque capital city of Vienna was the seat of the mighty Hapsburg Emperors. See lavish Hofburg Palace, impressive Vienna Opera House, and the majestic Ringstrasse. The capital is also known as the “City of Music,” home to composers such as Beethoven, Schubert, Mozart, and Johann Strauss. Day 7 - Monday, 10/18/2021 - Bratislava
Awake in Bratislava for a morning city tour. Walk through the city, see the home of the Slovak Philharmonic Orchestra, the old city walls, the summer residence of the archbishop, and the current residence of the president of Slovakia. Traverse the restored old town, from Michael’s Gate, to impressive Primatial Palace and St. Martin’s Cathedral. Bratislava is a little jewel along the Danube. There is an afternoon optional to Castle Hof in Austria. Tonight is your Captain’s Gala Farewell Dinner. - Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner
Day 8 - Tuesday, 10/19/2021 - Budapest
Morning city tour of beautiful Budapest including the largest building in Hungary: the neo-Gothic Parliament building, Fisherman’s Bastion, Buda Castle and the Chain Bridge, which connects the two sides of the city – Buda and Pest.
