Arrive and meet your Local Tour Guide. Check into your hotel and unpack for six nights in one hotel in exciting Bangkok.
Day 3 - Thursday, 10/14/2021 - Bangkok / Dinner Show
Today enjoy a Bangkok city tour featuring a visit to the Grand Palace, one of the most beautiful examples of an ancient Siamese court. It was the residence of the Kings of Thailand and includes palaces used for different occasions: the Funeral Palace, the Reception Palace, the Throne Hall, the Coronation Hall, the Royal Guest House, and the beautiful Emerald Buddha Temple which will remind you of the famous movie The King & I. This afternoon is at leisure to explore or perhaps enjoy a world famous Thai massage. This evening enjoy a Thai Dinner & Dance at Silom Village, a genuine Thai style dinner in a delightful atmosphere accompanied by traditional music and dance. - Breakfast - Dinner
Day 4 - Friday, 10/15/2021 - Floating Market
Travel west of Bangkok for an interesting full day visiting the rural Damnoen Saduak Floating Market to see and experience a Thai lifestyle. Drive through beautiful scenery of salt fields and rice paddies overlooking Nakorn Pathom, the largest Pagoda in Thailand. Next board long tail boats and transfer to the floating market. See the vendors on the river in their canoes filled with colorful fruits, vegetables, and sweets. Free time for lunch on your own. The evening is at leisure to explore and enjoy the cuisine of Bangkok. - Breakfast
Day 5 - Saturday, 10/16/2021 - Free Day / Optional Ayutthaya
Today is a full day at leisure on your own. A full day optional tour to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ayutthaya, the former capital of Thailand known for its spectacular ruins and temples. See the gigantic bronze statues of Wat Mongkol Borpith, Wat Phra Srisanpetch and Wat Yai Chai Mongkol. Enjoy an included lunch as well as a boat trip to Bang-Pa-In, the former Royal Summer Residence. - Breakfast
Day 6 - Sunday, 10/17/2021 - Kanchanaburi
Travel to Kanchanaburi for a visit to the Thailand-Burma Railway Museum, dedicated to presenting the history of the famous railway line built during World War II. Visit the War Cemetery, the final resting place for over 6,000 Allied prisoners, before reaching the world famous Bridge over the River Kwai. Lunch is included before boarding the local train for a thrilling train ride across wooden viaducts offering fantastic scenery along the Kwai River. The evening is on your own in Bangkok. - Breakfast - Lunch
Day 7 - Monday, 10/18/2021 - Free Day
Today is a full day at leisure to explore on your own. Perhaps experience fantastic shopping or enjoy the hotel’s amenities. This evening enjoy a special Farewell Dinner at a popular local restaurant. - Breakfast - Dinner
Day 8 - Tuesday, 10/19/2021 - Home / Optional Chiang Mai
Transfer to the airport and fly home, or continue on to Chiang Mai on the optional extension.

If you chose the extension, transfer to the airport for your flight to Chiang Mai, the largest city in northern Thailand. Nicknamed “the Rose of the North,” Chiang Mai is over 700 years old. Visit the Doi Suthep and Homong Hill Tribe Village. Stop to see Wat Phrathad Doi Suthep built in A.D. 1384 and the most sacred temple in Northern Thailand. It contains a holy relic of Lord Buddha, flanked by enormous mythological Nagas and offers panoramic views. Later visit the Hmong Hill Tribe Village in Doi Pui and see the Hmong tribesmen dressed in their colorful traditional costumes. Tonight is at your leisure to enjoy dinner on your own and explore the famous Night Market where local vendors sell crafts and authentic souvenirs. - Breakfast
Day 9 - Wednesday, 10/20/2021 - Optional Extension - Botanical Garden / Elephants
Visit the Queen Sirikit Botanical Garden to see the beautiful orchid nursery and butterfly farm in the Mae Sa district. Next visit an Elephant Camp to see how these elephants became a proud herd and free from abuse. Enjoy an included lunch and the evening at leisure. - Breakfast - Lunch
Day 10 - Thursday, 10/21/2021 - Optional Extension - Fly Home
