Matt has worked in the group travel industry for the past 26 years, and since 2000 has been an owner/partner of Premier World Discovery. Before that he was the District Sales Manager for Collette Vacations covering the San Francisco/Northern CA territory. Matt is now the President of AFC Vacations.
He and his wife Kelly live in Redondo Beach and have three daughters.

Hi there! Originally born in Chicago I moved to California at a very young age and I can’t imagine living anywhere else. My husband and I enjoy traveling and making memories with our son, whenever we can. A few of my favorite places include: the Oregon Coast, Idaho, Belize, Memphis and Paris and Rome. We are always looking forward to the next adventure!
I have been with AFC Vacations since October 2007 and I love working here. The staff is amazing. I love helping our wonderful clients plan their next vacation and hearing all about all their past adventures. Hope to hear from you soon!

I have worked with AFC Tours since 1997. I am originally from Philadelphia, where I worked at the Philadelphia Stock Exchange for 8 years. After vacationing in San Diego in 1990 I decided that this was the place for me, and moved here just a year later. I worked at RoadRunner Sports while finishing my education at San Diego State University. During my final semester I was approached by AFC Tours for employment. I have worked here for quite a while, and have had the pleasure of working the phones and escorting many tours and cruises. I thoroughly enjoy speaking with, and meeting, our valued travelers. I look forward to many more years of serving and meeting you.

Hi, my name is Holly and I was born in Ohio but moved to San Diego when I was five. I married my high school sweetheart in 1999 we have two boys, Austin & Brice, and a puppy named Charlie. I am in the reservations department and enjoy talking to clients and getting them set up with their next vacation. When I am not working I enjoy camping, Disneyland, & scrapbooking my family events.

Greetings, my name is Samantha, and I am returning to AFC Vacations for a second time because I absolutely love travel and working with people that enjoy seeing the world. Previously, when I worked at AFC, I was in Accounts Receivable and now I am joining as the Group Sales Coordinator. I was born and raised in Colorado but have lived all over the US as I am married to a Navy Sailor. We have 1 son and 2 pups. In my free time, I enjoy hiking and exploring new areas, running, and reading. I look forward to assisting groups make their travel dreams a reality and hearing all about their adventures.

Hi! My name is Delta and I was born and raised in New Hampshire. I have lived in San Diego for nearly 2 decades with my husband. I started at AFC Tours in June of 2005 and my background was primarily corporate events and community development which included travel. Here at AFC I am responsible for all the operational aspects of our land tours. This includes motorcoaches, hotels, restaurants, attractions and all other details within our tour itineraries.

A genuine California native, I was born and raised right here in sunny San Diego! A graduate of U.C. Berkeley, I have been in the travel industry since 1996. For 7 years I managed Council Travel, the World's Largest Student Travel Agency. After briefly working in the entertainment travel industry, I found AFC Tours in February of 2003, and have been here ever since.
As you all know, the Airline industry has changed immensely over the last few years. I look forward to helping you with your requests and answering all your questions or concerns regarding your tour and flights. Put my knowledge and experience to work for you!

Hello, My name is Cheryl. I was born and raised in southern California and have lived in San Diego for the last 18 years. After having spent a few years staying home raising my two boys, I am happy to be working at AFC and hearing about all of your travel adventures. When I’m not working you can find me cheering for my kids at their soccer and basketball games or out hiking in Mission Trails. If you have any questions about your invoice or travel insurance I will be glad to take your call.

Will was born and raised in Seattle, Washington but currently resides in Southern California. Will fell in love with tourism at the age of 16 on a tour to Norway. Since then he has led groups in 30 different countries and 15 states as a Tour Manager. He specializes in Europe and focuses in on Italy as a primary destination he is passionate about. He’s led numerous River Cruises and tours through the Western United States. In 2019 he took over as Director of Tour Managers and handles Marketing for AFC Vacations.

I have called San Diego home for most of my life, and I have worked in the Hospitality Industry for over 30 years. My career started in the Transportation Industry working with meeting planners, tour operators, and corporate clients. During this time, I pursued my designation as a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) which I still maintain. Continuing with my passion in the Hospitality Industry I became the Senior Operations Manager for a local Destination Management Company. Planning and Operations became my specialty, and I spent ten years at a local Tour Operator specializing in tours for seniors. I am very excited to bring my talents in planning and operations to the clients of AFC Vacations.

 Founder (retired as of 2020)
Randy Case began as a tour manager in 1976 while attending college at UCLA. For 6 years, Randy escorted worldwide tours & cruises for such fine first class companies as Conner Tours, Club Universe, Maupintour, Tauck Tours, & Olsen Travelworld. With all that experience, Randy had some definite ideas on how to improve and design many great new vacation itineraries. So in 1982, he decided to venture out on his own and formed AFC Tours.
