Sonia
Full of positive energy and a passion for life long learning, Sonia is truly a world traveler. One of her favorites was the Switzerland trip with AFC's Chris McCool. In her 12 years of travel with AFC (over 30 trips), she has experienced all the best trips AFC has to offer. "If you want to have a lot of fun, go on a Mystery Tour. You do have to be ready for anything. AFC tour managers are the best and take us to the most interesting places!" Born and raised in San Diego, Sonia's other passions include photography, her family and her church. She has brought countless new customers to AFC.

Betty Lou
One of our top clients (8 tours in 2010), Betty Lou loves singing the praises of AFC to everyone she meets. Born in Rexburg, ID, Betty Lou moved to Lakewood, CA in the mid 50's and now resides in "heavenly Hemet." Her hobbies are traveling, crafts, music, home and yard projects. "I can't define my favorite AFC trip, but highlighted would be my first, the San Antonio Thanksgiving. Each new tour has special meaning for me: the beauty of the glaciers & Alps of Switzerland; attending the Passion Play in Oberammergau; and the azaleas/plantations of the South." Already booked on 5 AFC tours for 2011, she is "grateful to be in the position I am to travel with AFC, seeing old friends and making new ones along the way."

Rose
Rose began traveling with AFC since 1998 and has been on over 30 trips! Born and raised on a farm in Allendale, IL, she attended the same one room schoolhouse as her father. After graduation she moved to Chicago where she worked for 21 years. Tired of the miserable winters, she moved to San Diego in 1974. Rose has visited every state except North Dakota. "I could write a book about my favorite AFC memories. One being Switzerland - it offers so much beauty - plus any of the 15 cruises and 6 Mystery trips with AFC. I go to have fun and I do." Other than traveling, Rose enjoys lunching with friends and volunteering at her church's thrift store.

Alyse
A friend & I just returned from a 9 day trip with AFC based here in San Diego. It was my first trip with them and I was very very happy with everything. They provide as part of your trip, a shuttle service pickup at your house to the airport, and home again. Our trip was to National Parks in Canada and the US & included Glacier National park. When we arrived in Spokane our guide met us and got everyone aboard the motor coach and took us to our hotel. It was a nice big name hotel (can't remember the name) directly across from a gorgeous river and bridge in Spokane. All the hotels were very good and most included an excellent buffet breakfast. Many meals were included in this trip, so that what we did buy on our own was minimal. Our guide was great. He was very entertaining, knowledgable about the locations (extremely so) and did his best to make sure your trip was fantastic. The sights of that part of the country are unbelievably beautiful, especially the glaciers and the rivers. The best place we stayed in my opinion, was right on the lake at Many Glaciers Hotel. Peaceful and beautiful, no tv (built in 1920 or so), but you felt as though you were in Switzerland. The hotel was built to encourage people to see our country rather than go to Switzerland and spend money over there. No complaints on this trip and I will definetly use this company again, hopefully in 2013.

Janet & Lloyd
We have enjoyed all our tours with AFC including Branson; Canadian & US Parks; Antique RR car to San Fran; round trip SD to Vancouver/Seattle via Holland America and return on Amtrak; and Hooray for Hollywood overnighter. Randy and his fine staff provide excellent service to travellers. We are looking forward to taking more trips with AFC.
