The remainder of the day is yours to relax and enjoy the amenities of the Guest House. New Year’s Eve is a gala event, starting with cocktails, and followed by an elegant buffet dinner complete with carving stations and sumptuous desserts!  Dance the night away while the band plays all the popular tunes right up to a  champagne toast at midnight!
Day 3
Monday, 1/1/2018 - Memphis Touring
Start your day with a wonderful brunch! Then, you’re off to enjoy the heart & soul of Memphis! Visit the Slave Haven Underground Railroad Museum to learn the story of a German immigrant who was a part of the elaborate secret escape railroad for slaves trying to escape to freedom in the north. Next, visit Cotton Row and the Cotton Museum…without cotton there would be no Memphis as we know it today.  Enjoy a Smoke, Sauce and Soul lunch at B.B. King’s, with entertainment, on famous Beale Street. See Handy Park and Handy Home, significant to W.C. Handy, known as the Father of The Blues. Then, see the National Civil Rights Museum, formerly the Lorraine Motel, where Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was assassinated. After driving by famous St. Jude Hospital, return to the Guest House. Dinner tonight is on your own.

Day 4
Tuesday, 1/2/2018 - Memphis Music History
Today you will be “Rock ‘n Rollin” through Memphis. See Elvis’ first Memphis home, his school and where he was first seen and heard by the public at Overton Park Band Shell. See Sun Studios, a small but power packed studio that changed the world of music with the sounds of the Million Dollar Quartet - Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins and the King of Rock n’ Roll, Elvis. Rock your way through the Rock n’ Soul Museum for the full story of Memphis music from Blues to Rock n’ Roll and on to today. Learn about other musical artists that have been influenced by Memphis music at the Memphis Music Hall of Fame. Tonight, delight with entertainment and a farewell dinner at one of Memphis’ finest restaurants!
Day 5
Wednesday, 1/3/2018 - Fly Home
It’s time to say goodbye to the King, gone but never forgotten. After breakfast, transfer to the Memphis airport for your return flight home.
