Randy Case, began as a tour manager in 1976 while attending college at UCLA. For 6 years, Randy escorted worldwide tours & cruises for such fine first class companies as Conner Tours, Club Universe, Maupintour, Tauck Tours, & Olsen Travelworld. With all that experience, Randy had some definite ideas on how to improve and design many great new vacation itineraries. So in 1982, he decided to venture out on his own and formed AFC Tours.

I have worked with AFC Tours since 1997. I am originally from Philadelphia, where I worked at the Philadelphia Stock Exchange for 8 years. After vacationing in San Diego in 1990 I decided that this was the place for me, and moved here just a year later. I worked at RoadRunner Sports while finishing my education at San Diego State University. During my final semester I was approached by AFC Tours for employment. I have worked here for quite a while, and have had the pleasure of working the phones and escorting many tours and cruises. I thoroughly enjoy speaking with, and meeting, our valued travelers. I look forward to many more years of serving and meeting you.
Originally from South Africa, my family and I immigrated to the United States in 1977 and moved to San Diego in 1987. I have been working for AFC Tours since 2000 as the Accounting Supervisor and my favorite pastime is certainly traveling. Fortunately, I have traveled the world and look forward to more adventures in the future. As your accounting contact, I am here to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Talk to you soon!
Hi! My name is Delta and I was born and raised in New Hampshire. I have lived in San Diego for nearly 2 decades with my husband. I started at AFC Tours in June of 2005 and my background was primarily corporate events and community development which included travel. Here at AFC I am responsible for all the operational aspects of our land tours. This includes motorcoaches, hotels, restaurants, attractions and all other details within our tour itineraries.
A genuine California native, I was born and raised right here in sunny San Diego! A graduate of U.C. Berkeley, I have been in the travel industry since 1996. For 7 years I managed Council Travel, the World's Largest Student Travel Agency. After briefly working in the entertainment travel industry, I found AFC Tours in February of 2003, and have been here ever since.
As you all know, the Airline industry has changed immensely over the last few years. I look forward to helping you with your requests and answering all your questions or concerns regarding your tour and flights. Put my knowledge and experience to work for you!
Hello, my name is Victoria. Chances are, when you call AFC, mine is the first voice you hear. I was born in Hong Kong, and grew up in Sacramento. I met my husband at San Diego State University. We've lived in LA, Orange County and St. Paul, Minnesota. When we had the opportunity to move back to San Diego in 1996, we jumped at it, and have lived in America's Finest City ever since. Together we have 2 wonderful daughters, who are both attending SDSU.
I've always had a passion for travel, and I am very fortunate to work in the travel industry with such a great team and wonderful clients. I look forward to the chance to answer your questions and help you get the most from your AFC Vacation.
Hello All! My name is Samantha, but go by Sam most of the time. I was born and raised in Colorado until I married a Navy Sailor in 2008 and since then we have been to the East Coast and then Northern California and now settling in here in Sunny San Diego. My husband and I have an amazing and smart 12 year old boy and we enjoy doing things outside as a family, but my true passions are running and watching our son play baseball. I started working for AFC Vacations in September of 2014 and ever since day 1, I have truly enjoyed my co-workers, all of our clients and my job in general. If you ever have any questions regarding your invoice or travel insurance please do not hesitate to give me a call.
Hi There, my name is Susan Porter and I was born in Tucson, AZ, but my family moved to California when I was very little. I consider myself a Californian native. I met my husband of 36 years in Elgin IL, a suburb of Chicago where we lived for 10 years. After a very hard winter I convinced him to move back to California. My husband and myself loved road trips and camping, we went to all of the California Missions over a three year period, and have been to 22 states in our travels. I still love to camp and can’t wait to see all the other beautiful places that we have in our wonderful county. I started with AFC a little over a year ago as Administrative Assistant. I look forward to assisting our clients here at AFC Vacations with any and all their questions, concerns or needs.
I’m Donna Starr, the group sales specialist here at AFC Vacations. If you have a group (senior center, church group, garden club, you name it) we can get them traveling! I have worked in sales for years, coming from a hospitality design & project management background.
A bit about me – I’ve lived in five states and have been to all but one (Maine). I’ve traveled to over 25 countries and have lived, worked and volunteered in Spain, Ireland, England and France. I have family and friends on nearly every continent. My interests include horticulture, volunteer travel, architecture, photography and watercolor. I’ve taught ESL during my travels and have written a book of short stories & travel tips for Cuba – (Cuba for Mama: A Daughter’s Journey 2016).
I look forward to getting to know you and your group so I may better assist you with your future travel adventures.

Happy Travels, Memories Matter
Hello happy AFC travelers!
My name is Casey, I grew up in Connecticut half of my life (as a child) and drove cross country with some friends a few decades ago. After attending college in San Diego and raising three children, I can finally call San Diego my home away from home.
When I’m not coordinating your travel attractions, making hotel reservations, or booking your charter buses, I’m sure to be hiking, camping, taking road trips, or hanging out with our crazy kids and fun friends.
I'm a native San Diegan! And I enjoy making AFC's Catalog and Newsletters look their best.
My husband and I love to travel whenever possible, with or without our two young children. It's so much fun to look at all the travel possibilites that come across my desk here at AFC!
