Tuesday, 9/7/2010 - Fly to Newark / Coach to Hudson Valley
Arrive at the Newark, NJ airport and meet your tour manager. Board your private motorcoach for the short drive north, up the Hudson River Valley to the town of Poughkeepsie and your downtown hotel for 3 nights. Tonight, enjoy an included dinner enroute to your hotel.

Wednesday, 9/8/2010 - Mohonk Mountain House
Drive up into the beautiful Catskill Mountains to have lunch at the spectacular Mohonk Mountain House, a National Historic Landmark resort. Next, tour the grounds in an old-fashioned horse- or mule-drawn carriage. Return to your hotel for a free evening.

Thursday, 9/9/2010 - FDR Mansion / Culinary Institute / Val-Kil
Drive north to Hyde Park to tour historic Springwood, the former home of Franklin D. Roosevelt, including his Presidential Library. Located on 200 acres, the 1826 estate looks exactly as it did at the time of FDR's death in 1945. Then, enjoy an included lunch at the internationally acclaimed Culinary Institute of America, a training facility for world-class chefs. Next, tour Eleanor Roosevelt’s Val-Kill Cottage, the only National Historic Site dedicated to a First Lady. Enjoy a free evening tonight.

Friday, 9/10/2010 - West Point / Kykuit / NYC
Morning guided tour of the West Point Military Academy. Visit the incredible Kykuit (pronounced Kye-cut), home to four generations of the Rockefeller family. This masterpiece estate includes breathtaking gardens, fountains, and world famous works of art. Then, coach to New York City.

Saturday, 9/11/2010 - Statue of Liberty / Ellis Island / Empire State Building
This morning, take the ferry from Battery Park to see the Statue of Liberty plus the adjacent Ellis Island Museum of Immigra-tion, the nation's point of entry for millions of foreigners from 1892-1924. This afternoon ascend to the 86th floor, 1,050 feet (320 meters) above the city's bustling streets, to the Empire State Building Observatory offering panoramic views from within a glass enclosed pavilion and a the surrounding open-air promenade.

Sunday, 9/12/2010 - City Tour / Free Time / Broadway Show
Today is your chance to see, explore and hear commentary on the city at your own pace. Board the Double-decker bus and use your Hop-on/off pass to tour the areas that interest you most. This evening you’ll gather for your farewell dinner prior to an evening performance of the Tony award winning Broadway Show, Billy Elliot (subject to change).

Monday, 9/13/2010 - United Nations / Fly Home
Today enjoy a tour of the United Nations building where you enter international territory. As you pass through the gates, the land does not belong to just one country, but to all countries that have joined the Organization. Then, depart for the airport for your return flights home.
