Arrive in the cosmopolitan city of Vancouver. Enjoy a get acquainted dinner this evening with your tour director and fellow passengers.

Tuesday, 6/15/2010 - Victoria
Travel via BC Ferry to Vancouver Island, and the capital city of the Province of British Columbia – Victoria! Enjoy a city tour of this elegant old world city and see spectacular gardens and unique Victorian era architecture. Take an optional whale watching tour to see orcas, gray, humpback and other whales as well as hundreds of Stellar and California Seals.

Wednesday, 6/16/2010 - Whistler, BC
No visit to Victoria would be complete without a stop a beautiful Butchart Gardens to stroll through the famous gardens and elaborate fountains. Return to the mainland via ferry and travel the Sea to Sky Highway to the mountain resort of Whistler. Browse through the boutique shops and saunter through the “pedestrian only” village.

Thursday, 6/17/2010 - Vancouver, BC
Return back to the exciting city of Vancouver, delight in a city tour that includes Stanley Park, Chinatown, English Bay as well as some prestigious residential areas of Vancouver. Visit Capilano Suspension Bridge and breathe in the cedar-scented rainforest air.

Friday, 6/18/2010 - Sun Peaks, BC
Continue east towards the Cariboo Plateau. Arrive at Sun Peaks Resort, a cozy European-style village. The narrow streets are great for strolling and are lined with restaurants and shops exuding warmth and hospitality.
OPTIONAL Rocky Mountain Rail Vancouver to Jasper – Journey Through The Clouds Route Take the Rocky Mountaineer Train on Days 5-6 and experience "The Most Spectacular Train Trip in the World.” Each Rocky Mountaineer train tour features breathtaking scenery and spectacular onboard service during the day with an overnight stay in comfortable accommodation in Kamloops, BC.

Travel west past Mount Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies and arrive in the quaint mountain town of Jasper. This evening enjoy an optional float trip down the Athabasca River.

Sunday, 6/20/2010 - Jasper
Start this day with a gentle ride up Whistler Mountain on the Jasper Tram and enjoy breakfast at the top. A full day of sightseeing follows including a gentle walk down Maligne Canyon to see how the water has carved spectacular crevices out of the mountain. A short drive and you arrive at Maligne Lake, the largest natural lake in the Canadian Rocky Mountains.

Monday, 6/21/2010 - Icefields Parkway – Banff, AB
Today drive one of the world’s most spectacular highways through the Icefields Parkway. Visit the powerful and breathtaking Athabasca Falls. Not to be missed is the experience of a lifetime - a ride on the Ice Explorer at the Columbia Icefield for a close up look at Athabasca glacier. At the summit of Bow Pass see the beautiful baby blue waters of Peyto Lake and the rugged beauty of the Mistaya River Valley.

Tuesday, 6/22/2010 - Lake Louise / Takakkaw Falls / Yoho National Park / Emerald Lake
This morning travel the famous Bow Valley Parkway. Stop at Johnston Canyon for an easy walk through a deep rugged canyon littered with waterfalls. Continue along to Lake Louise, one of the most photographed places in the world, surrounded by glistening glaciers and towering mountain peaks. Cross the Continental Divide into Yoho National Park. Visit Takakkaw Falls and Emerald Lake, filled with glacial run-off water that makes it glisten with the blue-green hue of an emerald.

Explore Banff on a sightseeing tour with stops at Cascade Gardens and beautiful Bow Falls. Watch the towering mountains disappear as you travel east to Calgary, the Heart of the New West. Enjoy a farewell dinner at the hotel with newfound friends.

Discover Calgary on a city tour this morning. Take a short elevator ride to the top of the Calgary Tower. Transfer to the International Airport in the afternoon for your return flight home.
